These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Phinance mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Phinance ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Phinance is a personal-finance tool that helps you track accounts, budgets, transactions, and subscriptions, scan receipts, and split expenses with others. The Service is provided for personal, informational use only.
Phinance does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any insights, summaries, categorizations, or AI-generated content are provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for verifying your financial information and for any decisions you make. Phinance is not a bank and does not hold, move, or process money.
You retain ownership of the financial data and other content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any content you share with others through the splitting features.

Some features, such as receipt scanning and the AI copilot, use third-party AI models to process content you submit. Output from these features is generated automatically and may contain errors. Review all AI-generated results before relying on them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We may also update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phinance and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
